Ye Olde Maids is a bedroom project by Cold Cave head/Heartworm Press co-owner Wesley Eisold. It’s a duo, but he plays himself and the invented girl, handling both voices, which isnt strange at all - is it? The 10 songs on the God Blesses Us, Mother Dresses Us 12″ were recorded between 2005 and 2008. The record came out on Art Fag mid last year and I have no idea how it passed me by. Its pretty odd, but great. See for yourself.
